What is included in my meals?
Individual portions freshly sealed ready to heat and serve. Meals include entrees, vegetables, fresh and frozen fruit, bread, milk, and snacks.

When do you deliver?
We deliver once a week on the same day at about the same time so you can plan your week.

What if I cannot be home for my delivery?
Call our office and we will do our best to set up an alternate delivery.

Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Just call our office to let us know you want to skip a delivery and we will put your meals on hold until you are ready to resume your delivery.

Can I substitute for the foods I can’t eat?
We are sensitive to your dietary restrictions and will do our best to accommodate them. We do serve a low sodium and diabetic friendly menu.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No there is no contract or time commitment with our services.

How much does each meal cost?
If you are not affiliated with a Medicaid waiver or My Care Ohio we do offer meals to purchase directly from Simply EZ. Please contact the office closest to you for pricing
